nking services. Please take note that with effect from 1 February 2026 (=
=E2=80=9CEffective Date=E2=80=9D), the following provisions in the Personal=
 Data Circular of our Bank will be amended. The amended Personal Data Circ=
ular includes changes such as related to the Bank=E2=80=99s use of big data=
 analytics and artificial intelligence, credit check, and applicability of =
the Personal Information Protection Law of the People=E2=80=99s Republic of=
 China to the Bank=E2=80=99s process and/or use of the customer=E2=80=99s d=
ata. We particularly wish to draw your kind attention to the following rev=
